Our group of companies includes the renowned specialists Baubedarf, Richner, Gétaz Miauton and RegusciReco. Our experienced experts advise, support and inspire customers from the construction industry as well as private customers at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. For our location in Visp we are looking for 1. January 2027 a service-oriented personality as
Task area
- Your main tasks include the creation and processing of offers and order releases
- You are responsible for all telephone requests of our customers (mainly commercial customers from the construction industry)
- Derived from this, you provide information, make clarifications and, if necessary, take and process customer complaints
- Further administrative tasks such as taking orders, obtaining offers from suppliers round off the field of activity
Profile
If your heart beats faster in the area of responsibility described above and you have the following competencies, you are our desired candidate:
- Completed training in the field of plates / parquet / interior construction with commercial further education (advantageous) and / or commercial training with technical background resp. Great affinity towards the construction industry
- Good IT knowledge as well as an experienced handling of the common MS-Office programs
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation and a high quality awareness
- Detailed and team-oriented working method
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, French : good basic knowledge

Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Platten / Parkett / Innenausbau mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung (von Vorteil) und / oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund resp. grosser Affinität Richtung Baubranche
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie ein versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Detail- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französich : gute Grundkenntnisse
