- You are piloting construction sites from A to Z — from the planning phase to the handing over of the keys. In concrete terms, this means:
- Coordinate field teams, contractors and suppliers
- Keeping deadlines and budgets without losing sight of quality
- Ensure safety on site, without compromise
- Be the trusted partner between management, clients and teams
- Anticipate problems before they become blockages

- Federal degree of construction driver
- Federal grant of team leader and/or foreman — a real plus
- A solid experience on construction sites in Switzerland, ideally in Valais
- The sense of the field: you probably started as a mason or foreman, and it shows in your way of working
