Director of works 100% CDI (M/F/D)
Want to participate in various construction projects within a dynamic and collaborative structure? We are looking for a committed professional to ensure coordination and follow-up of construction projects, in close connection with the teams and partner companies
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and follow-up of construction sites, from preparation to receipt of works
- Develop bids, analyse bids and establish comparisons
- Planning and coordinating the interventions of enterprises and the various professions
- Ensure that costs, timelines, quality of delivery and standards are met
- Organize worksite sessions and draft minutes
- Maintain trusting relationships with agents, companies and partners
- Ensuring effective communication with all project stakeholders
Profile
- Training of construction manager or training deemed equivalent
- Experience confirmed of at least 3 years in bid and site follow-up
- German mother tongue with good knowledge of French (level B1\-B2\)
- Organised, autonomous and with an excellent sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, relationship ease and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
