The main tasks are: to provide the basic and medico-technical care delegated to adults with polyhandicap and to accompany them in all activities of daily life; to collaborate in the assessment of the needs of accompanied persons; to implement, monitor and adapt individualised projects, in consultation with the nursing and inter-professional team; to promote the quality of life of accompanied persons; to participate actively in various administrative, maintenance and resupply work in the life group; to follow up on apprentices with nursing staff; to ensure that they are monitored by the nursing staff.
