A specialist collaborator or a specialist collaborator in German or bilingual French/German (60%) at the Office des sanctions et des mesures d'accompaniment (OSAMA) of the Service de l'execution des sentences et mesures (SAPEM), in Sion
Your tasks
- You implement custodial sentences and measures in appropriate institutions and ambulatory measures You plan the execution of sentences and measures in the context of deprivation of liberty and probation You ensure the administrative management of the files of persons deprived of their liberty and under probation You propose decisions for relief or modification in the execution of sentences and measures You collaborate in the assignment of warrants, coordinate interventions and ensure collaboration with network partners You conduct interviews with persons in custody or on probation, as well as with partners in detention facilities and the network You prepare files for the judicial authority or the Commission for the review of danger You participate in the management of risk situations You ensure control of detention and probation bills
Your profile
- SWC businessman, graduate of a higher business school, professional maturity or training deemed equivalent Knowledge or strong interest in the law of sanctions, the forensic field, and topics related to social reintegration Ability to assume high responsibilities Professional experience or ability to manage risk situations Ability to conduct multidisciplinary interviews concerning difficult personalities Mastering common computer software (Word, Excel) Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Autonomy, rigor, efficiency and team spirit
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Sense of discretion Good editorial skills and communication facilities Professional experience in the judicial or prison fields would be an asset German mother tongue with knowledge of the second official or bilingual French/German language
