- You advise and accompany our clientele, while always welcoming with a smile.
- At the entrance of the store: you welcome customers so that they feel welcome and well informed upon arrival.
- In Småland, you care for the well-being and safety of children aged 3 to 10.
- At the return counter: you find quick, simple and customer-oriented solutions, in accordance with our internal guidelines.
- In the box: every day you show that an excellent service can be both quick and warm.
- You take leave of our clients so that they want to come back, always with a smile.
- You advise clients and monitor their specific requests in our computer system.
- Maintenance interventions and after-sales service: you carry out urgent interventions directly at the home of our customers (delivery, assembly, expertise) and guarantee a service of the highest quality.
