- Executing contracts and processing call-offs and invoices;
- Ensuring our contract management system is up-to-date and accurate;
- Following up on contract allocation, inventories; weight and quality;
- Conducting investigation in case of discrepancies between the company and the counterparty;
- Computing our certification credit balance for the group (FT and RFA) and reporting on corresponding online platforms.
- As a Cocoa Administration Officer, this is what you bring
- A completed Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline to the role (Economics, Business Administration);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in soft commodities;
