For the <b>Banca Raiffeisen Valposchiavo</b>, a successful bank oriented to local customers and rooted in the territory, we look for a person with proven experience, able to guarantee a solid and sustainable management of risks and to actively contribute to the development of the bank, as manager services.

Aufgaben

• Management and development of the organizational unit Services
• Responsibility of accounting and controlling units, credit management, Compliance, risk control and internal audit ensuring efficient, safe and high-quality processes for the entire bank in compliance with regulatory provisions and internal directives
• Active contribution to the definition and implementation of corporate strategy and bank development
• Development and consolidation of a responsible risk culture, aligned with corporate values and marked by a strong focus and closeness to the customer
• Infrastructure management
• Interesting working conditions

Anforderungen

• Higher education in economics (e.g. federal diploma, university studies or equivalent training)
• Experience in credit management and risk management (Risk Management)
• Transversal responsibility management experience
• Basic knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment (FINMA, Compliance, AML)
• Decision-making, entrepreneurial vision and structured approach
• Conduction experience, integrity and strong relational skills
• Experience in managing property and infrastructure
• Good knowledge of national languages, particularly spoken and written German
