Your Mission
- You provide medicotechnical care
- You introduce the new employees
- You coach the teams (care, care process, care file, complex situation...)
- You participate in the sessions of the clinicians group
- You support good practices and the development of quality of care
- You are involved in the implementation of certain projects, concepts, new procedures...
Your profile
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent training
- Quality CAS and advice or equivalent training
- Clinical Transformational Leadership
- Ability to apply and adapt practices in complex contexts
- Mastery of all aspects of clinical care and in-depth knowledge of practice guides and standards of care
- Education
- Driving licences and essential vehicles
- Knowledge of home care, an asset
