Tasks
- Leadership of the kitchen team - recruitment, structure, familiarization
- Develop a seasonal kitchen concept

- Training as a cook EFZ or equivalent
- Several years of experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Experience in companies with a high number of guests
- Enjoy taking responsibility and building structures
- Passion for alpine and healthy cuisine, regional products and contemporary dishes
- Independent working method and the desire to implement your own ideas
- Experience in building, developing and leading a kitchen team
- Safe handling of ordering, calculation and use of goods
- Languages
- German: good in language and writing
- Other languages: beneficial
