Mission

A member of the management of the Service Centre (CdS), you actively collaborate in defining the financial strategy of the HVS and guide the employees of the different units of your service in their professional development.

You are expert in the management of HVS accounting, both financial and analytical, in accordance with applicable legislation and standards. You jointly manage the liquidity strategy and participate in planning and monitoring investments. You prepare the various financial reports for the attention of DG and AC.

You ensure constructive collaboration with the management supervisors of the Hospital Centres and the Central Hospital Institute, as well as with the control bodies (external/internal).

Profile

• University degree in economics or equivalent training – supplemented by management training;
• an expert degree in finance and control, or an accountant's degree or a federal certificate in finance and accounting;
• experience over 7 years in a similar position;
• very good knowledge of accounting standards (Swiss GAAP RPC);
• sense of innovation and proven conceptual capacity;
• inspiring leadership and ability to moderate;
• knowledge of the hospital domain, an asset;
• excellent knowledge of French and German.
