We're looking for the next party leader to join our brigade.
Vatel Switzerland workplace in Martigny Date of entry Immediately Type of contract CSD – Maternity leave, 100%
OUR MISSION Provide our clients with a unique experience with a business-rich environment and exceptional operational training for our students.
MAIN TASKS
- The operational management of its part: entremetier, Saucier or Garde-manger for the restaurant and banquets
- Versatility and knowledge of the various positions
- Management of post-related orders
- Compliance with HACCP standards
- Working in collaboration with the brigade
- Student support on methodology at cooking work
YOU ARE THE GOOD PERSON IF
- Possession of a cook CFC or equivalent training
- Man or woman in the field with very good experience, maturity, teacher spirit
- Organized, able to adapt to a neat cuisine on restaurant plate and more productive banquets
- Flexible and open minded, able to work in very fluctuating brigades in both quantity and quality and very different cultures (of 25 different nationalities)
- Good knowledge of English
- Impeccable, respectful and integrity behaviour (working with young students)
