Become a member of our engineering team as Teamlead Utilities, HVAC & Cleanrooms (m/w/d) in Visp. Take responsibility for our utilities and drive forward future-oriented infrastructure and investment projects in a state-of-the-art production environment.

Your tasks

• Help with budgeting, applying for lump sums and investments.

• Monitoring and compliance with the available budget (maintenance, production conversions and investments)
• Training and promotion of the assigned staff
• Implement the company's vision and culture and maintain the transfer of know-how
• Training of the company staff and workshop staff in terms of process and plant knowledge, safety, hygiene, environment and quality (cGMP)
• Contract award, technical and commercial evaluations, capacity planning for the optimization of plant and personnel use

Team tasks

• Ensures professional, economical and safe maintenance work while ensuring adequate system availability
• Daily monitoring of faults and active participation in solution finding
• Preparation and coordination of maintenance work together with workshops or external
• Technical project management in partial and small projects for the optimization and introduction of processes, plants and internal processes
• Update and check the ongoing plant documentation such as flow images, zones and

Your requirement profile

• Studies (machinery, process engineering), university studies (FH) or equivalent training
• professional experience, ideally in the biotech/pharmaceutical field
• good knowledge of GMP, knowledge of COMOS (plant engineering software) and SAP of advantage
• self-employed and flexible work, strong team skills and good communication skills
• structured, focused and very well organized work behaviour
• solution-oriented and open to new ideas
• very good German and English skills
• leadership competence in an interdisciplinary environment
