To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a Supply Chain Professional - BioLOG G30 (m/f/d). In this role, you support the administrative and operational logistics in the BioLOG G30 and take on tasks in temperature-controlled shipping incl. Compliance with all GMP/GDP and dangerous goods specifications.

Your tasks

• Acceptance of shipping orders as well as their further processing and timely, correct dispatch preparation
• Implementation of temperature controlled transports (for customers, 3PL, internal factory transports).
• Use of validated packaging systems and monitoring of logger & monitoring data.
• Complete documentation of all shipping and temperature data according to regulations.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, ADR and CBTA requirements.
• Participation in mandatory training
• Ensure compliance with all GMP/GDP requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Ongoing review of internal processes and ensuring the correct implementation of cross-cutting optimisation measures
• Flexible support for cross-divisional logistics teams in central logistics.

Your requirement profile

• Completed commercial or logistical training with federal certificate of ability.
• Professional experience in a pharmaceutical company or in a GMP-regulated logistics environment.
• Good knowledge of GMP/GDP, dangerous goods shipping (IATA, ADR) and cold chain handling.
• Practical experience with SAP EWM / WM.
• High flexibility, communication strength, load capacity and reliability.
• Good English skills in words and writing.
