- Maintenance, maintenance and repair of all technical equipment and facilities in the hotel and in the staff accommodation.
- Ensure the functionality of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical systems.
- General craftsmanship and minor repairs and repairs.
- Resolving technical failures and carrying out regular checks.
- Cleaning, maintenance and control of the swimming pool and spa area including water quality measurements and documentation.
