Head of consultation secretariats for medical secretariats of oncology and breast center 90%

Mission

Efficiently conduct and manage its services

Ensuring the proper functioning of services

Ensure proper management of consultations, including at the administrative level

Welcoming, informing and guiding patients

Ensure optimal follow-up of different medical records and typing

Profile

Diploma of medical assistant

Knowledge of the hospital environment and especially of oncology, an asset

5 years experience in the field (in hospital an asset)

Professional experience in secretarial management

Team management experience of minimum 2 years

Team Management Training Leadership (an asset)

Acute sense of welcome and ease in contact with patients

Organizational sense and initiative

Good stress management

Flexibility and versatility

Mastery of computer tools, general office automation and typing

Professional experience in hospitals an asset
