Venue. Visp, Switzerland.

The place of work of this position is in Visp, Switzerland. Eligible applicants and their families are available relocation assistance if needed.

It includes the support and advice of the insured (active members and pensioners), support for real estate projects and asset management, cooperation in technical administration, handling of business transactions and cooperation in the management of the Lonza pension fund. Ongoing development of processes and procedures in cooperation with the management team are also part of this activity.

This position is mainly designed as an office job. On-site collaboration allows for close, timely collaboration and coordination within the team, so that we can achieve optimal results. You will work primarily in the office, but you will have the opportunity to work from home for up to 20% of your working time (one day per week).

Your tasks

• Care of the insured, processing of enquiries and individual consultations of active members and pensioners. Communication to insured persons in the context of training courses and presentations.
• Support for PKL real estate projects and asset management.
• Collaboration in technical administration, handling of business cases
• Management of pension plans.
• Management and further development of statistics & key figures, reporting.
• Management or collaboration in projects for the further development of company employee benefits for Switzerland.
• Continuous improvement of all ongoing processes and procedures
• Deputy tasks within the management team
• Preparation and assistance in the implementation of the annual formal inspection by the control body.

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience in the field of consulting.
• Very high accuracy and judgment.
• Assertiveness.
• Foreign languages German and English (compulsory), French, Italian (advantageous).
• Solution-oriented, independent and independent way of working.
• Team player. Flair for numbers and systems.
• training in the field of occupational pensions is an advantage).
