Introduction For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a business analyst whose main mission will be to accompany a multi-year HR digitalization program aimed at modernizing HRIS and developing our HR solutions at the group level.
The role includes the collection of needs, their analysis and the configuration of the system to meet the need.

- Actively contribute to the deployment of new software, challenging the quality of deliverables, meeting commitments and meeting business needs
- Participate in the implementation and security of data exchanges between the new HRIS and our initial system which will remain the tool for payroll and time management
Main responsibilities

- Be a key player in the design, setting, testing, recipe and production phases
Application process
- After deployment, ensure the role of application reference: evolutionary maintenance, bi-annual release management, incident monitoring and coordination of developments.
- To the extent possible, the vast majority of maintenance should be done internally by the existing team.
- Support users: support, continuous improvement, process optimization and collection of evolving needs
- Integrating an existing HRIS team and contributing to its collective dynamics Profile University training or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (HRIS / HR Transformation / HR Tool Deployment)
- The configuration of the Success Factor CORE HR module is key for this position.
- Knowledge of modules Recruitment, performance, remuneration and succession would be a real asset
- A knowledge of SAP S4 or ECC is an asset, especially for interfaces and continuity of service topics Current French; Professional English
