- Your missions and responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the building,
- transformation and small civil engineering.
- Mastery of the management and conduct of construction sites,
- material management, orders, calculation of material requirements,
- team management (8-15 people), implementation, quality control, DT meetings, compliance and enforcement of safety rules,
- reading of planes, formwork of vertical and horizontal elements,
- traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), bandages,
- ironing, off-boarding, refitting, vibrating, concrete,
- brick mounting, prefabricated and traditional stairway installation,
- renovation, finishing, visible concrete etc.
- Machinist's license or grutier is a plus.
- You motivate a team of workers to carry out the work according to our requirements and those of our customers.
