Building maintenance technician (a)
Place of work : Canton Valais Participation rate: 100% Start date: To be agreed - duration 6 months

As part of a new mandate in Sion, we are looking for a Technical Concierge / Building Maintenance Technician:
Your tasks:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical facilities
- Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations
- Manage maintenance and maintenance activities
- Take care of various requests and small troubleshooting.
- Process daily work reports, delivery orders and purchase orders
- Overseeing and monitoring the execution of the work by mandated enterprises
- Propose and implement appropriate changes and improvements for different sectors
- Administrative tasks (GMAO, dispatching, etc...)
- Manage small repair projects
- Provide picket service (1 week / 5)
Your profile:
- Diploma of technician ES, CFC or patent in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or diploma deemed equivalent
- Several years of experience confirmed in a similar position in the services, facility management or technical field
- Driving licence
- French language (B2/C1)
- Very good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork and flexibility
