- Ensure material supply: Timely provision of the required materials in the right quantity and quality for production.

- Maintain inventory: Ensure correct, up-to-date and traceable inventory management during production campaigns.
- Handling logistics processes: Operational implementation of incoming goods, relocations, material movements and final product shipments.

- SAP EWM: Timely, correct and SOP-compliant execution of all relevant logistics and inventory bookings in SAP EWM.
- Ensure quality and safety: Consistent compliance with all SOPs, work, safety and process specifications as well as the requirements of EHS, xGMP, GDP and ISO 9001.
- Support continuous improvement: actively detect and report deviations and participate in CIP measures and optimization of logistical processes. Your requirement profile:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biotechnology or a comparable field
- Experience in a regulated production or logistics environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English skills are desirable
- Good user knowledge in SAP EWM; very good IT knowledge in Microsoft 365, SAP and other ERP and warehouse management systems Readiness to work in 4-shift operation
- SUVA-approved forklift pass of advantage or willingness to purchase it
