Professional bar service at our bars for international and discerning guests Mise-en-place for afternoon and evening service, including preparation of all drinks and workstations Independent preparation of drinks, cocktails, long drinks and alcohol-free creations according to recipe and standards Billing and safe handling of the Gastrofix POS system Equipment, ordering and cleaning of service and bar areas according to hygiene and quality guidelines Ensuring a smooth operation in the bar area and close cooperation with service and kitchen Friendly, competent and service-oriented guest care
