Your main tasks:
- you frame and accompany the residents in the gestures of daily life
- you collaborate in the development and implementation of projects accompanying residents and their relatives
- you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of residents
- you contribute to the smooth functioning of the service and team
Your profile:
- you benefit from a Red Cross health extension or equivalent training
- you have a minimum experience of a year confirmed in an EMS or similar structure
- you have a clear interest in the elderly and psychogeriatry
- you have a great ability to adapt and are able to work in a multidisciplinary team
- you are oriented and have a common sense of human relations
- you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
