Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and support customers throughout the purchase process
- Identify customers' needs and offer them the most suitable solutions
- Develop and retain a portfolio of private and professional clients
- Actively prospect new customers and generate business opportunities through your network
- Ensure the promotion of vehicles and financing solutions, leasing and related services
- Achieving the business objectives defined by ensuring a quality customer experience
- Administrative tracking of sales, from orders to delivery of vehicles
Profile
- Experience confirmed in an auto sales function
- Excellent business journey with proven results in the sale of vehicles
- Active professional network in Valais and good knowledge of the regional economic fabric
- Ability to quickly develop business opportunities through your field presence and address book
- Excellent mastery of sales, trading and customer loyalty techniques
- Relationship strength, sense of service and ability to build lasting trust relationships
- Dynamic, autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality
- Very good presentation and professional communication
- Mastery of French; any other language is an asset
