Your tasks

• Technical and organizational management of the workshop IH-Pharma H23 according to the company and workshop strategy
• Ensuring efficient, timely and economic order processing
• Leadership, development and deployment planning of employees including learners and external resources, as well as responsibility for compliance with all security requirements
• Budget responsibility and control and monitoring of associated cost centres
• Ensuring the operation, maintenance and continuous development of the workshop infrastructure
• Initiation and implementation of KVP and optimization projects including analysis of existing processes and introduction of new standards, technologies and working methods
• Documentation, evaluation and presentation of projects and active participation in cross-cutting decision-making processes

• Ensure cooperation and communication between workshop groups as well as with interfaces such as engineering, production, ETS and HR
• Participation in public authorities, customer and quality audits as well as coordination of external service providers and suppliers

Your profile

• Completed technical training with continuing training in leadership or project management
• Several years of experience in workshop management or maintenance
• Extensive leadership, communication and organisational skills
• willingness to continue training
• Experience in the implementation of optimization projects
• High initiative, resilience and team orientation
• German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
