Assistant Head Front Office (m/f/d) 100% The thermal-ludic complex of the Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, comprises several activities: a spa area composed of baths, a wellness village with saunas and Turkish bath, a thermal river, a spa area Five Worlds, fitness and a hotel area with 145 rooms and theme restaurants.

- Similar experience in the hotel sector required minimum 5 years
- Perfect mastery of French
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Aisance with computer tools and knowledge of the Fidelio Suite 8 or Opera system
- Taste and ease for customer contact
- Excellent presentation
- Organizational sense, autonomy and flexibility
- Working in the evening and on weekends does not bother you
- Your tasks:
- Customer reception and orientation, check\-in, check\-out
- Management of the telephone centre and e-mail box of the hotel
- Reservation management
- Monitoring of establishment quality standards
- Final check of all reservations and allocation of rooms
- Day-to-day maintenance and control of the fund, invoicing, dispatch of debtors
- Training of new employees
