To strengthen our team in the sector Restauration, we are looking from 01.12.2026, for an indeterminate duration, on the site of Monthey, a person motivated and engaged as Assistant / restaurant, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure that operations are carried out properly and you apply the quality and hygiene guidelines to Manora restaurant.
- You make sure the market atmosphere is elegant, according to the concept.
- You identify, evaluate and exploit the potential of local supply.
- You're in charge of personnel management.
- You are responsible for a structure organised and oriented towards the employees of the restaurant (planning, etc.).
- You train and develop employees and young talent.
- You are present in the field, you direct and support employees in their daily work.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed a basic course in catering or graduated from a hotel school.
- You have extensive experience in the field of restoration.
- You live and like the host/hostess role.
- Ideally, you've gained a first experience in leadership.
- You convince with your stress resistance, perseverance and reliability.
- You have a positive attitude to work, you know how to pass it on to your employees and motivate them sustainably.
- You have a sense of improvisation and you like to face challenges.
- You are able to adapt to a strong clientele and you keep your calm and an overview in the turbulent situations.
