Tasks
- You lead a team of around five sales representatives with a role model and accompany them through targeted, development- and performance-oriented coaching in the market.
- You manage your own customer area and advise your customers as a trusted partner with the aim of establishing long-term and sustainable business relationships.
- You ensure the implementation of the strategic goals and drive growth in your area
- You promote the team spirit with regular district meetings and motivate/develop your salespeople: inside through individual measures
- You actively maintain your network and work closely with our various customer contact points (Würth Shop, Telesales, E\-Business and Support)
- You monitor and analyze the sales data of your salespeople: inside the sales force and derive the necessary development steps from this
Requirements
- Completed vocational craftsmanship and business administration training (technical merchant, sales manager or comparable training)
- Experience in sales, coaching, or management with corresponding proof of performance
- Networked thinking with business understanding
- Communication is a strength of yours \- Feedback you see as an opportunity to reflect and improve
- Passion for craftsmanship and sales and experience in employee management and development
- You are curious and possess the ability to identify problems, analyze them and develop effective solutions
- Digital understanding and openness to new technologies and systems
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as excellent knowledge of French (at least level B2\).
- Willingness to take responsibility and make a decision even in uncertain situations
- Open to new things and see change as an opportunity
- Category B driving licence
