Architect HES/EPF 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities
- Develop technical files and implementation documents
- Managing Tendering, Tendering and Tendering
- Actively contribute to the development and outreach of the office
- Supervising the management of the works and ensuring the smooth running of the works
- Pilot projects through all their phases, from design to implementation
- Monitoring the financial aspects of projects (budgets, costs, expenditure control)
- Ensure coordination between different stakeholders (managers, companies, authorities)
Profile
- Graduate of architect EPF or HES
- Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, experience in project management and/or work management is an asset
- Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD software and other common software
- Good relational skills and ease in dealing with various interlocutors
- Mastery of French, with good knowledge in English and/or German
