- You take over administrative activities (e.g. appointment coordination, processing of customer inquiries) in the subject-matter processing in various areas
- In the customer order processing and planning as well as the coordination of transports you work with
- You handle complaints, returns and credits
- You create and analyze specific evaluations and key figures
- Regular exchange with suppliers, production, purchasing and other interfaces are part of your training
- Qualifications
- You visit the OS or have a school degree at level I
- You enjoy organizing and written language skills
