An administrative staff member or an administrative staff member (70%) with the Prosecution and Bankruptcy Service, the Prosecution Office of the Districts of Monthey and St-Maurice, in Monthey The Prosecution Office of the Districts of Monthey and St-Maurice is one of the 5 prosecution offices of the canton
- Its mission is to carry out the proceedings under the provisions of the Federal Debt Prosecution and Bankruptcy Act (LP).
Your tasks
- You work at the receipt of the Office of Prosecutions (cash, telephones, certificates, etc.) You deal with prosecution requisitions, prosecution continuations and bankruptcy comminations You collaborate in seizure, inventory and receivership operations You manage accounting and financial processing in prosecution procedures You deal with real estate, real estate and legal management You work together to process mail and inquiries
Your profile
- Professional maturity economics, degree from a higher business school, federal certificate of businessman's ability or equivalent training
- Experience in the area of prosecutions desired Excellent computer literacy Accuracy and timeliness Meaning of responsibilities, human relations and organization Ability to manage conflict situations Ability to work independently and in a team French mother tongue, with very good knowledge of the second official language
