• Processing of applications for pre-operative rehabilitation, taking into account medical and organizational requirements
• Telephone contact with patients for information exchange and clarification of open questions related to the planned pre-operative rehabilitation
• Individual consultation of patients in the selection of a suitable rehabilitation institution, taking into account the disease picture, personal situation, regional availability and insurance services
