Research: Psychologist-Psychotherapist with federal title
The Mentalis Centre, located at Avenue de la Gare 41 in Sion, is a human-sized psychological and psychotherapy centre. In a caring, modern and collaborative setting, we offer quality psychotherapeutic follow-up.
In order to strengthen our team and develop our clinical supervision, we are looking for: A psychologist-psychotherapist with the federal title
Your missions
Provide individual psychotherapeutic follow-up to adults.
Actively participate in the centre's life and team dynamics (clinical meetings, practice exchanges, intervisions).
Support and supervise psychotherapists in their clinical practice by promoting their skills development and professional autonomy.
Participate in clinical reflection on complex situations and contribute to the quality of care within the centre.
Write reports and ensure practice-related administrative follow-up.
Collaborate with the various partners of the network (doctors, institutions, insurance, etc.).
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of clinical practices and care offerings at the centre.
Profile sought
Master in Clinical Psychology recognized in Switzerland.
Federal post-graduate title of psychotherapist completed and recognized in Switzerland.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in psychotherapy after obtaining the title.
An important asset is experience in supervising, accompaniment or mentoring psychologists and psychotherapists in training.
Excellent relational skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to support, guide and develop training professionals.
A sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigour and capacity to take initiatives.
Motivation to invest sustainably in a collective project
Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
