You are the ideal person as a salesman with a 100% activity rate, to manage in an inspiring way the operational aspects in one of our Maxi Bazar stores "mini price maxi choice" at Conthey's store, as you are available to your colleagues and our customers on a daily basis.
As part of your activity, you
- Create a positive atmosphere for our clientele, our brand and your colleagues;
- Incarnate the philosophy of our company in theory and practice and thus become an expert on customer service and loyalty;
- demonstrate every day your organizational talent in goods management, interpretation of key figures and ensuring environmental and sustainability aspects;
- always put, with the help of your team, our clients in the foreground, at the caisse and behind the scenes;
- ensure in commercial operations and in the profitability of the shelves.
Your qualifications
- You have vocational training in the retail trade or equivalent training with good knowledge in French;
- You aspire to take on a new challenge in sales or you attest to a few years of experience in retailing;
- You stand out for a strong customer orientation and service;
- You admire our inspiring themes and strongly want to participate fully in the MAXI BAZAR concept;
- You have great motivation, good physical fitness and are willing to engage more;
- You have a proven talent in offering solutions and creating ambience areas.
