100% Assistant Physician for Psychiatry – Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
Mission
Organize, supervise and coordinate psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care in the child psychiatrist service, under the leadership of the head of department and in collaboration with other assistant doctors.
Participate in the development and implementation of management concepts within the service.
Provide medical responsibility for the care areas entrusted.
Participate in child-psychiatric assessment and clinical interventions in complex situations.
Support and mentor clinical chiefs and assistants in their clinical activity and function.
Participate in the conduct and development of service and post-graduate training.
Participate in night and weekend pickets (mobility required).
Profile
FGH specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Experience as an executive physician or head of clinic for several years.
Skills in the organisation and conduct of a multidisciplinary hospital care unit and/or an outpatient care unit.
Willing to engage in the institutional project as well as in collaboration with the various services of the Valais Hospital and other partner institutions.
Excellent command of the French language.
Autonomy, flexibility, reliability and sense of responsibility.
Interest in teamwork and multidisciplinarity, spirit of collaboration.
Leadership abilities and very good communication skills.
