You recognize yourself in the following profile
- Bachelor HES nurse or equivalent degree recognized by the CRS
- Excellent capacity to organise and manage priorities in a multidisciplinary environment
- Relationshipal qualities, empathy and ease in communication
- Experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatry
- Motivation, willingness to learn every day and share skills and knowledge
Your responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and ensure the safety of residents
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and rules in force in the institution
- Analyse needs and propose appropriate solutions, be innovative
- Actively participate in the organization of the work of the care unit in collaboration with IRUS or ICA/IC
- Managing administrative tasks
