- To strengthen our team in Manufacturing Coordination, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Qualitiy & Compliance Manager in Manufacturing (a), 100% You have a central role in dealing with more complex quality & compliance issues and report directly to the Senior Director Manufacturing Coordination in this responsible role. Their tasks:
- Master in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering) with doctorate
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a relevant industry (pharmaceutical industry/ C(D)MO in the field of drug substance manufacturing beneficial), of which several years with QA responsibility for their own area/department
Key requirements

- At least 7 years of professional experience in a relevant industry (pharmaceutical industry/ C(D)MO in the field of drug substance manufacturing beneficial), of which several years with QA responsibility for their own area/department
- At least 5 years of experience in the functional leadership of interdisciplinary teams in complex environments with multiple interfaces
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, managing interdisciplinary project teams and dealing with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders
- Experience in creating concepts for compliance with current GMP regulations, with a focus on cGMP rules for active ingredients of CH, EU and USA
- Good knowledge in the field of analytical processes and organic synthesis chemistry (peptide preparation and analysis advantageous)

Company and context
- Formulating the associated Deviation Records together with QA and the relevant organizational units
- Derivation of purposeful, including cross-divisional, CAPAs in coordination with the organisational units concerned
- Ensuring deadline compliance in the processing of all quality events in the field of manufacturing
- Creation of quality metric dashboards for department management and presentation of quality topics at team meetings
- Continuous improvement of quality culture in manufacturing in accordance with cGMP guidelines and company requirements.
- Representation of the area in customer audits and inspections of the health authorities (e.g.
- Swissmedic, FDA, etc.) including preparation and follow-up
- Management / control of strategic projects in your own area as well as active participation in cross-divisional initiatives
