  • As a team leader: you lead and develop a team of seven to nine employees according to the management principles of SBB and derive appropriate measures from key figures that you implement in a targeted manner.
  • All maintenance activities in the plant and in the service facility in Biel are planned, coordinated and responsible from preventive and curative missions to special orders within the operational processes.
  • You take on the technical and safety-relevant responsibility for the facilities, ensure compliance with the service level agreements and provide effective fault management for sustainable solutions.
  • You develop the maintenance strategy further, form the interface between production and maintenance and bring your expertise to shop floor rounds, management and specialist meetings as well as in exchange with site management.
