- Education: PhD or MD in Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Dual Clinical & Industry Track Record: At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs (at local and global levels) combined with hands-on clinical hospital experience (e.g., acute hospital care, ICU, Infectious Diseases, or Antimicrobial Resistance).
- Therapeutic Expertise: Deep scientific proficiency spanning Infectious Diseases, Antimicrobial Resistance, and Respiratory diseases (e.g., ILD, COPD).
- Ecosystem & TAE Engagement: Demonstrated success in building scientific networks and external stakeholder engagement from the ground up, with established connections to multidisciplinary specialists, ICU clinicians, hospital pharmacists, and global healthcare bodies (e.g., WHO, FIND, BARDA, Gates Foundation).
- Evidence Generation Strategy: Proven capability in orchestrating end-to-end evidence generation frameworks—leveraging Real-World Data (RWD) and clinical study designs to drive pre-launch readiness and asset optimization.
