With you, we will shape one of Swiss Post's strategically most important security platforms. Together with your team, you will implement one of the first public corporate Zero Trust Edge approaches in Switzerland and work with state-of-the-art network, security and cloud technologies based on Cloudflare.
What you can achieve
- As part of the Zero Trust Edge team, you will develop, operate and automate Swiss Post's central connectivity and security platform based on Cloudflare.
- Together with your team colleagues, you ensure that users, devices, applications and partners can communicate securely and reliably and securely with one another at all times.
- The further development of network and Internet connectivity, DNS services and traffic management is part of your wide-ranging area of responsibility.
- You implement modern zero-trust concepts and ensure secure access control and the protection of applications, APIs and networks.
- By using GitOps, Terraform Enterprise and other automation solutions, you standardize and optimize operational processes.
- You continuously develop monitoring, observability and service reliability and thereby contribute to stable and high-performing platform operations.
- Together with specialists from the areas of Authentication & Authorization, PKI, Cloud, Security, Workplace and Architecture, you ensure the reliable 24/7 operation of a business-critical platform.
What you bring
- A completed education in computer science forms the basis of your technical knowledge, complemented by a willingness to continue developing professionally.
- Your profile is characterized by in-depth knowledge of connectivity topics such as routing, DNS, proxies, firewalls or Secure Web Gateway.
- You have already engaged with modern security concepts and the core principles of Zero Trust and would like to deepen your knowledge further.
- Ideally, you have experience with cloud and platform technologies as well as their secure operation.
- You are familiar with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation, and understand their value for stable platform operations.
- Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and the ability to make complex interrelationships understandable help you develop sustainable solutions.
- Good command of English enables you to collaborate in an international technology environment; knowledge of German is an advantage.
