Mansions
- predisposes and keeps the cart and the material necessary for service.
- cleanliness and reorganization of the rooms at departure and the rooms occupied according to the procedures provided.
- remakes the beds and manages the change of the linen according to standard and operating directions.
- cleans and sanitizes the baths and surfaces provided by procedures.
- cleans floors, furnishings, surfaces and contact points in compliance with the defined modes.
- restores minibar, amenities, courtesy materials and equipment according to the standards set.
- visually monitors integrity, operation and completeness of the main equipment of the room and immediately reports anomalies or damages.
- respects the instructions for special requests and guest preferences communicated through business channels.
- reports the objects found and manages them exclusively according to the Lost and Found procedure.
- correctly updates or communicates the room status through the system or the established modes.
- maintains a discreet, courteous and professional behavior in the presence of guests and protects their privacy.
Requirements
- proven experience of at least 3 years
- good knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of English
- preferably resident in luganese
- person attentive to details
- availability to work on shifts, weekends and holidays
