Application process
- Knowledge of building information modeling software (BIM), SAP and any other application related to the function.
- On the basis of work programs, service needs, project objectives and priorities established by managers, plans, organizes, implements and checks, building maintenance activities, ensuring the correctness of processes, cost, time and quality. In particular:
- guarantees the implementation of the maintenance, renewal and maintenance measures according to the real estate park;
- monitors the management and operation costs of the properties and proposes optimizations, also in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability;
- collaborates with the direct superior in the financial management and in the elaboration of estimates, balances and financial plans;
- supervises the technical and financial management of the projects, checking and periodically informing their superiors on the state of advance
- provides for the constant updating of the management of the property of the City;
- provides for the accompaniment of the tests of the individual works managed, the collection of technical documentation and the relative storage, as well as the management of possible defects and guarantees;
