We are looking for a control Analyst for our Monitoring & Surveillance (M&S) EMEA Team to: - Conduct cross-divisional controls to identify potential issues under the Investment Suitability, Cross-Border, and Product & Service Lifecycle risk taxonomies, promptly escalating potential breaches to M&S management. - Document and communicate findings, root causes, risks, and prepare reports for senior management. - Develop sound recommendations for stakeholders when agreeing action plans. - Proactively share ideas and identify improvements to the surveillance control activities. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and peers across Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control (GCORC).
