Your responsibilities
- Perform the final testing of EDM machines before shipment, with geometric, mechanical, electrical and functional checks according to test protocols.
- Do machining tests to verify machine performance and compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Locate and analyze non-compliance, perform adjustments and small corrective interventions and document results in testing reports.
- Working with Assembly, Quality and R\&D to solve technical problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes.
- Support acceptance testing in the presence of customers and prepare shipping machines.
Your profile
- Federal capacity certificate (AFC) as polymechanic, mechatronic, electronic or equivalent technical training.
- Experience in testing, assembly or maintenance of machine tools; the knowledge of electro-erosion is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics and use measuring instruments.
- Precise, reliable and quality oriented person, with team spirit.
- Italian fluent; knowledge of English is an advantage.
