- Make available and maintain operating systems in the field of research and laboratory information
- To implement operational processes and procedures within the management and monitoring of workplaces and servers (level support 1 and 2 ITIL)
- Provide user support for workplace and server systems until troubleshooting
- Request benefits to the Federal Office for Information and Telecommunications (UFIT)
- AFC in the IT sector or equivalent training.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with good knowledge in cloud.
- Problem-solving ability, teamwork attitude in an environment with multiple locations.
