Tasks

• analyse and identify the computer and multimedia solutions present in the school premises by means of inspection, based on analysis drawing up reports and excel tables

• autonomously organize inspections and support in the schools of all canton

• offer first-level support and on-site support, help school venues in preparing material orders, physical installation of Personal computer, wiring, software installation

• participate in projects already in progress relating to schools

• collaborate with the various activities of the IT services

• draft technical and project documentation

• attend meetings and presentations

Requirements

• Federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as computer (system technology and/or support) or media

• excellent knowledge of systems, networks, multimedia systems and bureaucratic tools

• excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills

• excellent knowledge of the cantonal school system

• high autonomy, motivation, ability to work in group and precision

• good attitude to personal relationships

• licence to conduct cat. B

• geographical knowledge of the Canton Ticino

• are preferential title:

• multiannual and proven user support experience in person or by phone

• multiannual and proven IT and/or media experience

• support certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, SAP or other ERP

• ITIL v4 certification

Special remarks

• a contract of private law (Code of bonds) of duration determined according to the Rules of auxiliary staff of the State

Conditions of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
