What awaits you. In the role of Real Estate Development Manager for the Central Region, you occupy a key position in the development of our real estate assets. You are part of a dynamic team focused on the development of neighborhoods and buildings representing an investment volume of more than 5 million. Emphasis is placed on stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills in order to optimally define the technical, legal and political frameworks of our development areas. • In this demanding role, you are responsible for various real estate development projects, from the feasibility study to obtaining official authorization for the specific development plan.
• Your team is responsible for conducting studies and, in collaboration with interdisciplinary planning teams, developing ideas for complex development projects. Together, you coordinate the different actors and define, with the stakeholders, allocation, investment and implementation concepts.
• Through effective stakeholder management and clear communication, you ensure coordinated decisions on legal, technical and policy issues.
• As an executive, you manage 5 to 7 employees, develop talent and foster a solution-oriented culture, particularly for financially demanding projects.
• On an operational level, you get your hands dirty and actively monitor projects, provide pragmatic impulses if necessary and assume responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality. What you bring.

• Thanks to your communication and persuasion skills, you generate enthusiasm and motivate the various stakeholders.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills as well as a regional network (Central BS/BE region) and proactively integrate stakeholders into development processes to successfully resolve challenges.
• You bring management and leadership skills that you develop in collaboration with team leaders and project managers.
• You hold an HES/University diploma in regional planning, geography, Real Estate, real estate development or real estate management, ideally complemented by knowledge in construction and business management.
• You have proven experience in real estate development with projects with an investment volume from 5 million, as well as solid knowledge of special purpose planning and the SIA planning and implementation phases.
• Fluency in oral and written German, knowledge of Italian (min. B2) and, ideally, French complete your profile.
