Main responsibilities
- Support the Retail Support Manager in forecasting store goals and performance targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across the retail network, including sales, productivity, and other key business metrics.
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through regular review of reporting tools and store performance.
- Assist in the development of business plans, action plans, and performance recaps for stores and the broader retail business.
- Use Power BI, Retail Net, and related reporting tools consistently to monitor results and generate insights.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Organize and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to support retail decision making.
- Partner with the Retail Support Manager on initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and overall business efficiency.
- Support store communication and follow up related to business performance and retail priorities.
- Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure information is communicated in a timely and organized manner.
