- You act as a sparring partner for agencies and convey complex issues to target groups in cross-divisional committees
Main responsibilities

- You analyze consumer behavior and derive sound insights from complex data.
- Based on this, you will develop holistic customer journeys that consistently orchestrate our customer relationships in the digital & physical ecosystem.
- You will develop future-oriented concepts on how we can further develop the customer relationship through technological innovations (e.g.
- AI-supported personalization) and new interaction models in a customer-centric manner.
- You define relevant KPIs, keep an eye on campaign success and optimize strategic measures based on data Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in strategic communication planning – e.g. as a strategist in a creative or strategy agency or in a comparable strategy role in the retail environment
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the field of marketing/communication or equivalent training
- Expertise in dealing with stakeholders and their targeted involvement Strong communication and analytical skills
