- Your responsibilities Active acquisition of new customers and development of new business opportunities Management and retention of existing customer portfolio and to be established Collection and analysis of the personal needs of customer companies Active search of candidates through databases, portals, social networks and other recruiting channels Selection and qualification of candidates Conduction of telephone interviews and in presence Presentation of professional profiles to customers Management of the entire process of selection and integration Preparation and management of the dossiers of their candidates Coordination and management

Main responsibilities

- Experience in the field of temporary work, staff consulting or recruiting in Switzerland Business experience and customer management/acquisition Good knowledge of the Swiss labour market Great communication and negotiation skills Autonomous, dynamic and organized personality Customer orientation and result Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously Good familiarity with IT tools, recruiting portals and CRM Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
